Our Guena agency is growing very fast! Our latest clients in the real estate industry. We’re looking to grow our team, which already includes a Media Buyer and a Community Manager. Your responsibilities: -Set up and manage Meta Business Manager / Business Suite Create and structure ad accounts, pixels, datasets, domains & tracking -Set up and maintain conversion tracking and events -Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns from A to Z -Build effective campaign structures, audiences and retargeting strategies - KPIs on a daily basis Analyze results and continuously optimize campaigns - Test new creatives, audiences and acquisition angles We’re looking for someone with hands-on Media Buying experience, strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads & Business Manager, an analytical mindset, and the ability to set things up, launch quickly and generate results.
