Media Buyer / Account Manager ## About ViralClip.io ViralClip.io is a specialized marketing agency with one sole focus: to be leaders in the AI Industry. We work to scale companies that will change the world within the next 5–10 years. We currently partner with approximately 40 active clients, consisting purely of AI software companies, and assist them in scaling to $1M/month in revenue. Our agile team of 7 people has generated roughly $20M in cash collected for our clients over the past 12 months, driven purely by SaaS subscriptions rather than e-commerce. We currently manage several million dollars per month in Meta ad spend. --- ## Our Vision by 2030 AI is rapidly eliminating barriers to product development, allowing anyone to build and launch a tech product without writing code. This shift creates a wave of hyper-specialized products where success no longer depends on development, but strictly on distribution. With countless new products flooding the market, the core challenge is putting the right product in front of the right audience at scale. ViralClip.io is building the most effective system for scaling software products. Currently, over 80% of our clients are AI businesses, and 20% are on track for a major financial exit thanks to our acquisition strategies. --- ## Who We Are Looking For This role is designed for professionals who possess the following qualifications and aspirations: Proven Track Record: Experience managing $1M+ in Meta Ads, demonstrating a deep understanding of both the science of media buying and the art of creative strategy. Client Management: Experience working directly with clients and successfully managing expectations. Industry Passion: A strong interest in performance marketing, software, and artificial intelligence. Growth Mindset: The desire to work alongside some of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world and become a leading performance marketer in the most critical industry of the next decade. Work Preference: Seeking a fully remote role with uncapped earning potential. --- ## Core Responsibilities The role carries two primary expectations: Client Results and Client Experience. ### 1. Client Results Deliver qualified customers consistently at a sustainable price based on the client's core metrics. Ensure acquisition is sustainable to allow for the scaling of ad spend and overall business growth. Maintain client performance benchmarks, defined as a Cash Collected ROAS above 1 or a CAC-LTV Ratio greater than 3. Execute 1-on-1 strategic calls with clients, acting as their dedicated growth partner while managing their ad accounts. Directly manage media buying and creative production, while collaborating 1-on-1 with clients to optimize areas outside our direct control, such as landing pages, funnels, and onboarding processes. ### 2. Client Experience Ensure clients feel fully supported through proactive communication, high emotional intelligence, and leadership. Demonstrate a genuine care for the client's business objectives and alignment with their goals. Anticipate client dissatisfaction and address potential issues proactively. --- ## Services Provided to Clients As part of our growth strategy, our agency delivers comprehensive support including: Rebuilding offers, landing pages, and sales funnels where necessary. Complete creative strategy and production. Full-service ad management. Coaching clients on key growth metrics. Executing any additional actions required to achieve a cash-collected ROAS above 1. --- ## Culture and Support We operate as an entirely remote team that prioritizes results over hours worked. We measure performance through client experience and tangible results. Internal Infrastructure: We provide daily Account Manager (AM) meetings and structured internal AM training. Flexibility: When campaign performance is on track and running smoothly, your time is your own to manage. Conversely, when client deliverables require extra attention, the team puts in the necessary effort to execute successfully. --- ## Compensation and On-Target Earnings (OTE) Target Compensation: The OTE for this role is $5K/month once fully ramped (equivalent to $60K/year+). Performance Expectations: Achieving this level of compensation requires significant effort, focus, and a high volume of work.
