Media Buyer - Multi City Tour Campaign

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Buyer to manage and optimize our Meta advertising campaigns for our upcoming Story to Stage Tour, a five-city live event tour designed to generate qualified leads and enroll new clients into our coaching programs. This engagement is intended to be a 30-day paid trial with the opportunity to become an ongoing role managing paid advertising across our business. Our previous advertising agency has already built and launched the initial campaigns and will provide onboarding and transition support to ensure a smooth handoff. Project Objectives The primary objective of this project is to help generate registrations for our five-city tour while improving campaign performance through strategic optimization. Success Metrics Our goals for this campaign include: Generate approximately 65 registrations per city Drive approximately 50 paid registrations per city through Meta advertising Manage approximately $2,500 in ad spend per city Improve cost per registration wherever possible while maintaining lead quality Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data While results depend on many factors, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of achieving these objectives and proactively recommends ways to improve campaign performance. Responsibilities During this project you will: Review all existing Meta campaigns Audit campaign structure, targeting, creatives, copy, and tracking Participate in onboarding with our previous media buyer Monitor campaigns throughout July Optimize audiences, budgets, placements, and creatives Identify opportunities to improve registration volume and lower acquisition costs Coordinate with our team regarding any creative or copy needs Monitor campaign performance including: Cost Per Registration Cost Per Lead Click-Through Rate Landing Page Conversion Rate Return on Ad Spend (where applicable) Provide a concise written performance update each week, including recommendations for improvement What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns Understands webinar, live event, and lead generation funnels Has experience working with coaching, consulting, education, or event-based businesses Thinks strategically rather than simply making technical adjustments Communicates proactively and takes ownership of campaign performance Makes data-driven recommendations to improve results Opportunity If this project is successful, we'd like to continue working together on future campaigns, including webinars, challenges, live events, workshops, and evergreen lead generation funnels.
