Media Buyer Needed for E-Commerce Product Testing (Meta Ads) We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to help us test and scale e-commerce products through paid advertising. This is not a role for someone who only knows how to launch campaigns. We're looking for a media buyer who understands product testing, customer psychology, audience research, competitor research, creative strategy, and hooks. How We Operate We test products one by one. Before spending significant budget, we want to identify: Who is most likely to buy the product Why they would buy it What pain points or desires drive the purchase Which hooks and marketing angles will resonate with the target audience What competitors are doing successfully We are looking for someone who can think strategically and make decisions based on research and data. Responsibilities Conduct customer research before launching campaigns Conduct competitor and market research Identify target audiences and customer avatars Develop creative testing plans Test different hooks, angles, audiences, and offers Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns Analyze campaign performance and identify bottlenecks Scale winning products and campaigns Provide clear reporting and recommendations Research Requirements You must be able to research and answer the following before launching a product: Who is the ideal customer? What problem does the product solve? Why would someone buy this product? What objections might customers have? What competitors are already selling similar products? What marketing angles are competitors using? What hooks are likely to capture attention? Which audiences are most likely to convert? What We're Looking For Proven experience with e-commerce brands Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager Experience testing and scaling products Strong understanding of customer psychology Strong understanding of hooks and creative strategy Ability to analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics Strong research and analytical skills If a video ad has a low CTR, we expect you to identify why the hook is not working and provide recommendations for improvement.
