Media Buyer Needed for High-Ticket Coaching & Mentorship Program

We're a coaching company offering one-on-one mentorship programs. We've been running paid ads consistently for the last two quarters, and the results have been clear about one thing: we're bringing in volume, but not the right people. That's the problem we need to solve. What We're Looking For: An experienced media buyer who has worked specifically with coaching programs and high-ticket one-on-one offers. Not someone who runs e-commerce ads and wants to cross over. Someone who understands that lead quality matters more than lead volume in this space, and knows how to actually move that needle. You need to have hands-on experience managing meaningful ad spend, a real understanding of funnel strategy, and the ability to audit what's broken before recommending what to fix. What the Work Looks Like You'll work directly with me (the CEO) on the following: - Audit our current funnel and ad strategy to identify where lead quality is breaking down - Either optimize what we have or build the case for a new funnel — with a clear recommendation either way - Identify winning creatives and write briefs for our creative team to iterate on - Develop ad concepts, creative testing frameworks, and targeting strategy - Provide ongoing funnel suggestions and optimization This is a long-term role. We're not looking for a one-time audit or a short engagement. If you do good work, you'll have a home here. How to Apply Don't just submit your profile.
