THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced freelance Media Buyer who specializes in performance marketing to manage and scale paid traffic campaigns across Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, Google, TikTok, and other native and social ad networks. This is a hands-on, profit-driven role focused on rapid testing, daily optimization, and scaling of content-driven funnels. You’ll work directly with our paid acquisition lead and creative team, and your work will move real dollars every day. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: ◦ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ◦ Taboola ◦ Outbrain ◦ Google Ads ◦ TikTok ◦ Native ad networks and emerging traffic sources • Identify profitable angles, creatives, headlines, and advertorial concepts • Scale winning campaigns while holding target ROI / ROAS • Monitor campaign performance daily and make decisions based on the numbers • Run A/B tests across: ◦ Creatives ◦ Headlines ◦ Landing pages ◦ Audiences ◦ Placements • Analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROI, and revenue per visitor • Stay current on platform policies, trends, and arbitrage opportunities • Manage budgets efficiently and identify scaling opportunities across traffic sources ABOUT YOU • Proven experience in content arbitrage or performance media buying • Strong hands-on experience with: ◦ Meta Ads Manager ◦ Taboola Ads ◦ Outbrain ◦ Google Ads ◦ Other native and social traffic platforms • Deep understanding of native advertising, advertorial funnels, content monetization, and performance marketing • Comfortable reading campaign data and making decisions that protect profitability • Familiar with compliance requirements and platform ad policies • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented; you own your numbers ENGAGEMENT DETAILS • Freelance / contract role, remote • Flexible hours, with daily availability to monitor live campaigns • Compensation: competitive, commensurate with experience and the scale of spend managed • Start: immediate HOW TO APPLY Please send your resume, a short note on the largest daily spend you’ve personally managed, and one campaign you’re proud of (platform, vertical, what you tested, and the result).
