About the Project Undaunted Voices is a narrative-driven podcast exploring Identity Disruption—the intentional reconstruction of self after major life pivots. Moving into Season 2, we are evolving from a proof-of-concept into a durable "Content Engine" that bridges the gap between inspirational storytelling and tactical reflection. Season 1 is available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. The Role We are seeking a technically proficient, high-agency Media position to manage the backend production and social distribution of Season 2. You will work directly with our tech stack—including Riverside, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Spotify for Podcasters— to ensure every episode is optimized for high-fidelity audio and viral social engagement, with a consistent look and feel.
