Medical Billing / RCM A.R. Specialist Needed for Denial Management & Claims Cleanup

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) specialist with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (A.R.) cleanup, denial management, claims follow-up, and insurance payer communication. We currently have approximately 30 denied medical claims for a Primary Care Clinic that our internal A.R. team has been unable to resolve. The selected A.R. / Denial Management Specialist will be responsible for: Reviewing denied and unpaid claims to identify the root cause of each denial Contacting insurance payers for detailed claim status and denial explanations Correcting claim issues and taking the necessary steps for resubmission, reconsideration, or appeal Following up on claims through resolution Explaining the denial reasons, findings, and resolution process to our internal A.R. team so they can handle similar denials independently in the future Preferred Experience: Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) A.R. Cleanup and Aging A/R Denial Management and Denial Resolution Insurance Claims Follow-Up Claim Reconsiderations and Appeals Primary Care Billing eClinicalWorks (eCW) Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance Payers North Carolina medical billing and payer experience Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and North Carolina payers is preferred but not a deal breaker. This is a short-term, project-based assignment focused on resolving approximately 30 problematic claims and helping our internal A.R. team understand how to handle similar denials going forward. Budget: $100 fixed price. If you can complete this project within the $100 fixed budget, please submit your proposal. This is initially a short-term project, with the opportunity to convert into a long-term engagement based on performance and our ongoing needs.
