Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager (Urgent Care / Primary Care) – Long-Term Remote Position

Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist (ECW / Urgent Care / Primary Care) We are a growing urgent care and primary care practice in New Jersey seeking an experienced Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist. This is NOT a simple claim submission role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our revenue cycle and help identify billing weaknesses, improve collections, and provide clear reporting. Responsibilities Manage ECW and ECW RCM billing workflows Work claim rejections and denials Identify unbilled encounters Review aging reports and collections performance Assist with coding and billing questions Monitor payer reimbursements Provide weekly billing and revenue cycle reports Assist with workers' compensation billing when needed Requirements Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) Experience with ECW RCM preferred Strong U.S. medical billing knowledge Familiarity with urgent care and/or primary care Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and E/M coding Strong English communication skills Preferred Spanish speaking CPC or CPB certification Experience with credentialing and payer follow-up
