We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Mental Health Billing, Insurance Verification (VOB), Payment Posting, and Complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Key Responsibilities Insurance Verification & Benefits (VOB) Prior Authorization Patient Registration & Demographics Review Charge Entry Electronic Claim Submission Payment Posting (ERA/EOB) Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up Denial & Rejection Management Appeals & Claim Corrections Insurance Follow-up Patient Billing Complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of Mental Health Medical Billing experience. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar EMR systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
