What the work involves Writing in-depth articles of approximately 2,500 to 3,000 words Using peer-reviewed medical research, clinical studies, regulatory sources, and existing website content as the basis for each article Translating complex medical information into accessible, reader-friendly content Following a provided content brief, keyword strategy, and article structure Optimizing content for traditional SEO and AI-driven search platforms Incorporating internal links naturally and avoiding duplication with existing website content Adding accurate citations and links to credible sources Revising articles based on editorial or medical feedback What we are looking for Native or fully native-level English Demonstrable experience writing medical or healthcare content Strong research, fact-checking, and source-evaluation skills Familiarity with reliable sources such as PubMed, FDA materials, clinical studies, and respected medical organizations Up-to-date knowledge of SEO requirements, including search intent, keyword placement, headings, metadata, internal linking, readability, and topical coverage Understanding of AI search optimization, GEO, and AEO, including clear answers, structured content, entity coverage, FAQs, and citation-friendly writing Ability to write naturally and professionally without producing generic or repetitive AI-generated content Careful attention to medical accuracy and the distinction between evidence, professional opinion, and marketing claims Ability to meet deadlines and communicate reliably Experience writing about orthopedic treatments, medical devices, surgical procedures, or related topics would be a strong advantage.
