We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support business development, lead generation, driver recruitment, CRM management, and administrative operations as we continue to grow. Hours & Schedule * Part-Time (5-10 hours per week) * Long-term opportunity * Flexible schedule * Potential for increased hours as the company grows Responsibilities Healthcare Lead Generation * Research hospitals, laboratories, urgent care centers, pharmacies, imaging centers, dialysis centers, and healthcare facilities throughout Georgia * Identify key decision-makers and gather contact information * Build and maintain prospect databases * Organize leads in spreadsheets and CRM systems Driver Recruitment * Assist with building a network of independent contract drivers * Track driver inquiries and applications * Maintain driver databases * Schedule qualification calls * Manage driver pipeline updates LinkedIn Outreach * Research target prospects * Assist with connection campaigns * Track outreach activity * Organize networking opportunities CRM & Administrative Support * Maintain prospect and driver databases * Update CRM and spreadsheets daily * Schedule follow-ups and appointments * Organize business development activities * Manage email correspondence Required Skills * Strong written and verbal English communication * Lead generation experience * Internet research skills * Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets proficiency * CRM experience * Email management experience * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently Preferred Experience * Virtual Assistant experience * Business development support * LinkedIn outreach * Healthcare industry experience * Logistics or transportation industry experience Success Metrics * 100 new healthcare prospects added weekly * 20 qualified driver prospects added monthly * Daily CRM updates * Weekly prospect reports * Accurate and organized databases Paid Skills Assessment Final candidates may be asked to complete a small paid test project involving healthcare lead generation and prospect research.
