We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. Your responsibilities: Representing our company by being the contact person for our sites and patients in Czech Republic Advising doctors and patients (no sales calls, pure customer service) Helping doctors and patients to connect with each other by following up with doctors and patients Your profile: Thailandese mother tongue or equivalent Based in Thailand Having an understanding of medical topics Initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have already worked in a Call Centre before You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers You are a good communicator and find it easy to follow a strict screener You are flexible in your working hours depending on our customer's needs Having worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field is a plus What we offer: Make an impact in healthcare - The speed of bringing needed medical innovation to market still depends on the duration of clinical by globally lowering the barrier for access to clinical trials and increasing the chances to find a treatment for patients, we accelerate medical innovation.
