Medical Information templates for AI medical writing platform

LogicFlo is an agentic content development environment and is looking to build templates for Medical Information (MI) content. We are looking to engage experienced MI writers to help us understand how MI work gets done, then build reusable templates we can load into the LogicFlo platform. The documents we're covering: Scientific and Global Response Documents (SRDs/GRDs), Patient Response Documents (PRDs), Custom Response Documents (CRDs), FAQs, standard response letters, and their shorter formats (call-center scripts, MSL FAQs, chatbot and IVR responses, live chat). Step 1 — Walk us through your workflow In a short call, show us how MI content actually gets made: 1. The path of a request: a question comes in → sorting it → finding the evidence → writing → adding references → MLR (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory) review → approval → filing. 2. Which documents go to which audience (doctors vs. patients) and which channel (a full document vs. a chatbot reply). 3. How you handle sources and references. The rules that keep content compliant (balance, off-label, safety wording, disclaimers). Step 2 — Build the templates Turn that into a clean set of MI templates that fit how LogicFlo works: 1. Break each document into reusable blocks (standard claims, safety and efficacy points, boilerplate, disclaimers) that can be shared across many documents. 2. Mark what stays fixed and what the AI fills in. 3. Build Veeva ready reference packages and supporting documents Duration: 4–5 hours total.
