1. Project OverviewThe goal of this project is to take a raw list of approximately 335 unique physical property addresses and enrich them with live, accurate tenant data using the Google Places API or manual Google Maps verification.Many of these addresses point to multi-tenant buildings, corporate headquarters, residential zones, or shopping strip centers. You must identify the exact business operating at each location and filter out any non-medical or inaccurate records. Guessing based on the address string is strictly prohibited; all entries must be verified against live directory maps.2. Source Data & Cleaning RulesSource File: A list of 8,000 properties on excel. De-duplication: Remove any exact duplicate address entries.Scrub Placeholders: Completely remove any incomplete address text strings that lack street numbers (e.g., "Wallisville Rd", "Briarwood Hill Way").Filter Non-Medical Assets: If an address lookup reveals a pure corporate office building, residential property, or generic retail storefront with no medical provider, it must be flagged for omission. If it does have a retail building next to it then there must not be more than 2 retail tenants in the same building3. Required Spreadsheet Columns (Schema)The final deliverable must be an Excel file (.xlsx) containing the following exact columns:Name: The specific name of the medical practice/company operating at that location (e.g., Bissonnet Family Chiropractic, Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine), Address, City, State, Zip code: The full physical address exactly as provided in the source file.Link: A placeholder field (leave blank or fill with the Google Maps URL).Practice: The exact specialty classification matching our strict 18-tier taxonomy (see list below).number of tenants in the building: Building size profile (see classification logic below).Retail or medical: Set to "Medical" for valid clinics, or flag clearly if it is corporate/retail/residential.4. Strict 18-Tier Practice TaxonomyEvery valid medical property must be classified into exactly one of the following categories inside the Practice column. The spelling and casing must match this list verbatim:Chiropractor, dermatologist, dental/, dialysis, emergency room, internal organs, imaging, medical clinics (Use only for multi-specialty or general practices)mental wellness, orthopedic, optometrist, oncology, physical therapy, Surgery Centers, Urgent care, Urology, Veterinarian, Women's health, 5. Building Profile Classification RulesThe number of tenants in the building column must be filled using the following strict logic:"Standalone": The medical practice operates out of its own dedicated, free-standing clinic building."Under 4 tenants": Small-scale commercial offices or multi-tenant layouts that house a few select suites."Over 4 tenants": Large hospital campuses, medical office pavilions, towers, or high-density clinical plazas (typically triggered if the address contains keywords like Fannin, Gessner, Medical Center, Hospital, Tower, or Plaza). 6. Quality Control & Accuracy Test100% Precision Guarantee: Do not guess the practice type based on the street name. If you cannot definitively find an active tenant for an address on Google Maps, leave it blank and mark the row as "Unverified."Milestone Vetting:
