Medical Receptionist with ECW Experience

We are seeking a remote medical receptionist to work alongside our in-office front desk team at a busy neurovascular clinic in California. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW), excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle patient interactions professionally and efficiently. Must be comfortable working during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours. Deliverables • Responsibilities / Deliverables • -Answer incoming calls from new and established patients • -Create telephone encounters within ECW for office staff to return phone calls, transfer phone to office staff one intake call is taken • -Help manage patient messages, voicemails, and reminders • -Collaborate closely with on-site staff to ensure smooth daily operations • Familiar with Electronic Medical Records like eClinicalWorks - ECW
