Medical Scribe (Remote – US Healthcare System)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Scribe to support our healthcare providers remotely. This is a one-time trial project with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. Responsibilities: Document patient encounters in real-time or from recorded sessions Accurately record patient history, examination findings, assessment, and treatment plans Enter detailed clinical notes into EHR systems Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, and medically accurate Support providers in maintaining efficient workflow Requirements: Prior experience as a Medical Scribe Strong understanding of medical terminology Excellent English listening and writing skills Experience with EHR systems (AthenaOne, Tebra, eClinicalWorks, or similar) Fast typing speed with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and accurately Preferred: Experience in the US healthcare system or telehealth environments Please include your relevant experience, EHR systems used, and hourly rate when applying
