OverviewWe are a US-based medical practice looking for a reliable, highly professional Virtual Assistant located in Kenya. You will handle patient customer service and administrative tasks during US hours.ScheduleMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (US Time)This is a full-time, long-term position.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound patient phone calls and make outbound follow-up calls.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.Respond to patient emails and chat messages promptly.Update patient records in our computer database.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information.RequirementsLocation: Must be physically located in Kenya.English: Exceptional spoken and written English with a clear phone voice.Experience: 1–2 years in customer service (Call center, BPO, or VA experience preferred).Power Backup: Must have a reliable power backup system (UPS/Inverter) to handle local power cuts.Internet: High-speed, stable fiber internet connection.Workspace: A quiet, professional home office free from background noise.To ApplyPlease submit your proposal and include a short audio recording (1 minute) introducing yourself.
