Medicare Recruiter – Remote | Contract We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to help us identify and recruit licensed Medicare insurance agents for multiple openings. This is a great fit for someone who understands high-volume insurance recruiting and knows how to find qualified agents quickly—not someone who plans to post a job and cross their fingers. Responsibilities Source and recruit licensed Medicare insurance agents Identify candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct initial phone screens Verify candidates meet our licensing and Medicare experience requirements Confirm availability, compensation expectations, work arrangement, and start-date readiness Maintain an organized candidate pipeline Submit qualified candidates with complete contact and screening information Follow up consistently with candidates through the interview process Candidates We're Targeting Candidates should generally have: Active Health Insurance License (such as 2-15/2-40 in Florida or applicable resident-state license) Medicare sales experience AHIP certification or ability to obtain required AHIP certification Experience selling Medicare Advantage products preferred Strong communication and sales skills Ability to begin quickly when selected Ideal Recruiter We strongly prefer recruiters who have: Previous Medicare, health insurance, or licensed insurance agent recruiting experience Experience sourcing candidates across multiple U.S. states High-volume recruiting experience Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, insurance databases, Facebook groups, and other sourcing channels Ability to work independently and provide regular pipeline updates
