Karma and Luck is looking for a Part-Time Men's Jewelry Influencer Manager to help grow our men's collection through strategic influencer partnerships. We're seeking someone who has strong relationships with male influencers, athletes, entrepreneurs, fashion creators, and lifestyle personalities. The ideal candidate is passionate about building authentic collaborations that increase brand awareness and drive measurable sales. Responsibilities include: - Identifying and recruiting men's influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms. - Negotiating partnership and affiliate agreements. - Managing influencer relationships from outreach through campaign execution. - Coordinating product gifting and campaign launches. - Tracking campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI. - Building a consistent pipeline of new influencer opportunities. Qualifications: - Experience in influencer marketing or talent management. - Strong network within men's fashion, fitness, luxury, entrepreneurship, or lifestyle communities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
