Menswear Technical Designer – Woven Shirt Tech Pack & 2D CAD

This is a small paid trial project with the possibility of a long-term collaboration. I am developing a premium menswear collection and am looking for an experienced apparel technical designer. The first garment is a washed woven men’s shirt based on attached inspiration images. Future projects may include overshirts, jackets and coats. I currently have visual references, but I do not yet have finalized technical flats, measurements or a production pattern. I need someone who can help interpret the references, ask the correct technical questions and develop an original, manufacturable garment. Paid trial deliverables: Front and back technical flats One coloured 2D CAD garment visual One enlarged construction-detail drawing A written list of design and technical questions that must be resolved before creating the full tech pack Editable source files If the trial is successful, I may hire the same designer for the complete manufacturer-ready tech pack and recurring future projects. The later full tech pack may include construction specifications, BOM, measurement charts, tolerances, fabric and trim details, wash instructions, labels, grading and revisions after sampling. Experience with woven menswear, shirts, jackets or outerwear is required. CLO3D experience is preferred but not mandatory.
