Mental Health Group Fee Structure Consultant (Hiring ASAP)

We are seeking an experienced healthcare finance or behavioral health consultant to help us validate and refine a new provider compensation model for our growing mental health group practice. We are launching a fixed provider payout model, where clinicians receive predetermined monthly compensation based on completed CPT codes rather than collections. We've already developed an initial compensation schedule and are looking for an expert to review it using historical financial and reimbursement data to ensure it is competitive, accurate, and financially sustainable. You'll have access to our historical EHR data, insurance reimbursement data, P&Ls, and productivity reports to help model appropriate compensation across approximately 40 behavioral health CPT codes for both master's-level clinicians and psychologists. Ideal experience includes: - Behavioral health or healthcare finance - Provider compensation modeling - Healthcare reimbursement analysis - Financial modeling or data science - Mental health group practice operations (preferred) This is a short-term consulting project with the potential for additional work.
