Mentor/Coaching for Automation Tools & Operating as a Freelance

I have 10+ years of experience in large financial organisations, and have spent the last 5 years in a "process improvement" area, working on automation and process optimisation. However tools were limited and we had to make do with less than optimal options. I'm now looking to take my "process improvement" skills into a freelance consulting space, however I have some blind spots I want to work on when it comes to operating in a freelance capacity, and utilising new and modern tools that I'm not hugely familiar with in practice. I'm not looking for a generic course or technical training. Instead, I'm looking for an experienced freelancer, consultant, or automation specialist who can help me understand how they deliver real client projects using modern automation and no-code tools. Ideally that person is also well versed on using UpWork.
