Meta Ads Assistant (Junior / Middle)

We’re looking for a Meta Ads specialist (Junior / Middle level) to support our team with campaign setup and management based on clear briefs. This is a hands-on role — we need someone who can quickly jump into the ad account, follow instructions, and execute efficiently. Responsibilities: - Set up and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager based on provided briefs - Work with creatives, audiences, and campaign structures - Assist with ongoing optimization (basic level is enough) - Keep things organized and move fast Requirements: - Proven experience launching Meta Ads campaigns - Understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and basic optimization - Ability to follow instructions and execute quickly - Good communication and responsiveness Nice to have: - Case studies or examples of past campaigns - Ability to suggest improvements or ideas (we value proactive thinking) When applying, please: 1.
