We are a California-based telehealth therapy group practice looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to audit our current advertising setup and help us improve lead generation. Our primary goal is not simply website traffic. We want more consultation requests and new client starts. Current Situation: • We are running Meta ads focused on military families, veterans, and Tricare clients throughout California. • Our website is built on WordPress and hosted on Flywheel. • We recently connected our Meta dataset/pixel after discovering Events Manager was not properly connected. • We currently advertise through Meta, Psychology Today, Zocdoc, Healthgrades, Therapist.com, Open Path, Care Solace, and insurance directories. Recent Meta Performance: • $377.17 spent • 46,911 reach • 53,608 impressions • 798 link clicks • 707 landing page views • $0.53 cost per landing page view Traffic appears strong, but we need help understanding why website visitors are not converting into consultation requests at the rate we would expect. What We Need: • Audit our Meta Ads account • Review audience targeting • Review campaign objectives and structure • Review ad copy and creative • Review our landing page and conversion funnel • Verify Meta Pixel and conversion tracking setup • Recommend specific improvements to increase consultation requests and lead generation • Recommend additional tracking and reporting metrics Deliverables: • Written audit report • List of recommended changes • Prioritized action plan • Suggested campaign structure moving forward • Recommendations for measuring ROI, cost per lead, and cost per client acquisition We are looking for someone who has experience with healthcare, therapy, counseling, wellness, or professional service businesses and understands lead generation rather than ecommerce sales. Please include examples of similar Meta Ads audits or conversion optimization projects you have completed.
