# Meta Ads Campaign Builder – Execution Role, No Strategy Required We are a UK-based performance marketing agency specialising in the online competitions industry. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Meta Ads Campaign Builder to support our agency on a long-term basis. This is **not a strategy, media buying or campaign optimisation role**. You will not be expected to decide how campaigns should be structured, select the advertising strategy or manage campaign performance. We will provide the campaign structure, budgets, copy, creative assets, audiences and clear instructions. Your responsibility will be to build campaigns accurately inside Meta Ads Manager by following our documented process. ## Responsibilities * Build Meta advertising campaigns inside Ads Manager. * Follow our campaign structures and naming conventions exactly. * Create campaigns, ad sets and advertisements. * Upload supplied images and videos. * Add supplied primary text, headlines, descriptions and URLs. * Select the correct pixels, conversion events, audiences and placements. * Apply the correct budgets, schedules and attribution settings. * Duplicate and adapt existing campaigns when instructed. * Complete quality-control checks before submitting campaigns for approval. * Record completed work clearly in our project management system. * Flag any missing information or potential errors before campaigns are published. ## What We Will Provide * Step-by-step training on how our agency builds campaigns. * Standard operating procedures and campaign checklists. * Campaign structures and naming conventions. * Advertising copy and creative assets. * Budgets, audiences, URLs and scheduling instructions. * Ongoing work for the right person. ## Requirements * Previous experience using Meta Ads Manager. * A strong understanding of campaigns, ad sets and advertisements. * Experience building sales or conversion campaigns. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and repeat established processes. * Good written English. * Reliable internet connection. * Ability to communicate clearly and respond during agreed working hours. * Willingness to use time tracking while working hourly. * Comfortable handling multiple client advertising accounts. You do not need to be an advanced Meta Ads strategist. However, you must be comfortable navigating Ads Manager and understand the consequences of selecting incorrect settings. ## Working Hours The work will initially be provided on an as-needed basis, with the opportunity to develop into consistent weekly hours. Some availability during UK working hours is preferred. Occasional campaigns may need to be built at relatively short notice, so responsiveness is important. ## Rate We expect to pay between **$12 and $18 USD per hour**, depending on experience, accuracy and working speed. There will be an initial paid test project.
