Summary

We are seeking a freelancer to set up Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, create an AI video trailer, and organize business files and folders for SOPs. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and video creation, with a keen eye for detail and organization. This is a part-time project expected to last 1 to 3 months. I’m launching a new product: professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process documentation packages for small businesses, tradespeople, and contractors. This includes step-by-step guides, workflow maps, checklists, and clean digital file structures to help businesses save time, reduce errors, and scale more easily. I need a capable freelancer to handle three key areas for launch: Organising and structuring all digital files and folders for this new product line. Creating a Meta Ads strategy (Facebook-first with Instagram support) + campaign setup. Producing a short AI-generated video trailer for the advertising campaign. This is a one-off project, expected to take 18–30 hours total. What you’ll be responsible for: Part 1: File & Folder Organisation (Business Processes Product) Review my existing materials. Design and build a clean, scalable Google Drive folder structure with consistent naming conventions and an index/README file. Organise templates, examples, sales materials, client deliverables, and internal documents so the system is easy for me or future team members to maintain. Part 2: Meta Ads Strategy & Setup (Facebook-First) Research target audience (small business owners, contractors, trades in Australia/WA). Develop a full Meta Ads strategy with Facebook as the primary platform and Instagram as secondary: Campaign objectives, structure, and budget recommendations Audience targeting and retargeting Ad creative concepts and copy Content pillars and initial content calendar (posts, Reels, Stories) Set up the Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager structure. Build the first test campaign(s) ready for review and launch. Part 3: AI Video Trailer Create a professional 15–60 second AI-generated video trailer (using tools like Creatify, InVideo, Runway, or similar) that explains the problem (business chaos without systems), showcases the SOP/folder solution, highlights benefits, and includes a clear call-to-action. Provide 2–3 variations if time allows. Deliverables: Clean, organised Google Drive folder structure with index and naming conventions. Complete Meta Ads Strategy document (Google Doc/PDF) with targeting, creatives, calendar, budget, and setup instructions. Meta Ads account/campaign structure set up and ready to launch. Finished AI video trailer (MP4) + source files or prompts used. Ideal freelancer: Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) — especially for B2B or service-based offers (please share examples/results). Experience creating or managing AI-generated videos for ads. Excellent organisational skills and experience building digital file systems. Proactive, detail-oriented, clear communicator. Bonus: Canva/design skills, understanding of SOPs/business systems, Australia-based or familiar with AWST timezone. Project details: Budget: Quote your estimated hours and rate (hourly or fixed-price). Expect 18–30 hours total. Timeline: Ideally completed within 7–14 days. Communication: Mostly async via Upwork, with quick calls/Loom if needed. I will supply all brand assets (logo, colours, product materials), background info, and access as required.
