Meta Ads Coach to Teach Local Service Business Owners (1-on-1, Hourly)

I run a lead-generation company that helps local service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control, solar, etc.) build and own their own Meta ads systems. We coach clients 1-on-1 through a 6-week program where they build their campaign, tracking, landing page, and follow-up — and learn to run it themselves. I'm looking for a skilled Meta ads coach to deliver these sessions as we bring on clients. What you'd do: Run scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls (screen-share) walking business owners through building their ad system Teach them how it works so they can run it independently Follow our established 6-call process and materials What I'm looking for: Strong hands-on Meta/Facebook lead-gen experience Genuinely good at TEACHING it live on a call — not just doing it yourself Clear communicator, reliable, professional This is hourly and ongoing as we grow.
