Scope: Infrastructure audit — review current/prior Business Managers, ad accounts, and personal profiles for shared payment, device, or admin links causing contamination risk. Build a fully isolated new Instagram/Facebook business presence — dedicated Business Manager, payment method, device setup. Organic warm-up management — content cadence and posting strategy before any ad spend. Full ad creative and content strategy for the copy trading / financial services niche — campaign structure, creative formats, messaging that stays compliant with Meta's restricted category and ASIC's advertising boundaries, and a content calendar for the first 60–90 days. Ongoing ad management post-launch, with compliant conversion/lead objectives. Verification guidance — timing and setup to avoid repeat Business Verification failures. Required experience: Proven Meta ads + content strategy experience with copy trading, trading signals, fintech, or other restricted-category financial clients Understanding of Meta's account-linking/risk detection systems Experience rebuilding after a ban or verification failure Familiarity with Australian regulatory advertising context Nice to have: Meta Business Partner directory listing Reference clients in regulated financial niches
