Meta Ads Creative Designer Needed (Long Term)

I am looking to work with an expert Graphic designer who loves to design and who can design ads for our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Most of the campaigns will be targeting African American men and women, so understanding this market is a plus. We will also target other niches as well. Must have experience designing scroll stopping creatives and have experience with photoshop and other design software. We are looking for a designer who can design images without using Chat GPT We can pay $10 per image and will be needed several designs (around 20 per client) to test each month. Please send examples of past Facebook & Instagram ads that you designed to apply, and let me know the timeframe that you could deliver the ads. We are looking for preferable 12-24 hour turnarounds. This will be long term for the designer who is the best fit.
