Summary

We run a DFY lead generation system for P&C insurance agencies. Our product combines Meta ads, funnels, CRM, automations, and reporting to help agencies generate and track quote opportunities. We are looking for a Growth Operator who can own the performance loop across Meta ads, KPIs, and creative direction. This is not just a media buying role. You need to understand Meta ads, direct response creative, KPI diagnosis, and how to use AI tools to create and iterate high-performing UGC-style ads and short-form videos. Responsibilities: * Monitor client campaign KPIs daily * Track CPL, cost per booked call/quote opportunity, CTR, CPM, CPC, frequency, and lead flow * Flag red/yellow/green account health status * Launch and monitor approved Meta campaigns and creative tests * Identify winning and losing creatives * Research competitor ads and new angles in the insurance/local lead gen space * Write hooks, ad scripts, and creative briefs * Direct our video editor and video creator on what to make next * Use AI tools to create or brief UGC-style videos, b-roll, avatars, ad concepts, hooks, and variations * Maintain a weekly creative testing roadmap * Prepare weekly performance recaps * Spot tracking, funnel, or CRM issues before clients complain * Recommend what to kill, scale, remake, remix, or test next Required: * Experience with Meta lead generation campaigns * Strong direct response instincts * Ability to read campaign data and diagnose bottlenecks * Ability to write clear creative briefs * Comfortable with AI creative tools like Sora, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, OpusClip, HeyGen, Arcads, or similar * Ability to create or direct UGC-style ad concepts quickly * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable working with editors, video creators, and CRM dashboards Bonus: * GoHighLevel experience * Local lead gen experience * Insurance, mortgage, home services, or financial services experience * Experience building AI-assisted creative workflows
