AI Meta Ads Creative Specialist for Multiple Projects

Hey Experts, We are looking for a creative Meta Ads specialist / AI content creator to help us create and manage ad creatives for multiple projects. The main focus is Facebook and Instagram ads, daily creative content, and simple ad monitoring. The work should be done with the help of AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Canva, CapCut or similar tools. This is not a heavy manual design or editing job. We can provide or cover API/tool costs for generating images and videos. What we need is creativity, Meta Ads experience, strong ad angles, and the ability to produce content consistently. ## What we need We are looking for someone who can help with: - Meta Ads creatives for Facebook and Instagram - AI-generated images and videos - Short-form video ads / reels - Static image ads - Daily social media content - Hook ideas and ad angles - Simple ad copy - Basic Meta Ads monitoring - Creative testing ideas - Reusable templates and frameworks The goal is to build a simple repeatable content and ad framework. Ideally, we prepare the structure once and then use it long-term to generate new creatives quickly for different projects. ## Budget The starting budget is around $50 per project / per week. This includes content creation, basic ad monitoring, and creative ideas for the project. We currently have multiple projects that need support, so there is potential for long-term work and more weekly projects if the quality is good. At the beginning, we want to test the quality of the work, creativity, communication, and performance. If the results are good, increasing the compensation is planned and absolutely possible. We are not looking for the cheapest possible freelancer. We are looking for someone reliable and creative who wants to grow with us long-term. ## Ideal candidate You should have experience with: - Meta Ads / Facebook Ads - Creating high-converting ad creatives - AI tools for image and video generation - Short-form content - Social media content creation - Writing hooks and simple ad copy - Understanding what makes people stop scrolling - Testing different creative angles You do not need to be a professional designer or video editor. But you should understand performance marketing and know how to create ads that can convert. ## Important We do not only want “nice-looking” content. We need someone who understands direct response marketing, hooks, pain points, benefits, curiosity, emotional triggers, and creative testing. We can provide AI tool/API costs for generating images and videos. If the work is good and performance improves, the budget can increase. More projects and higher weekly compensation are possible.
