Meta Ads Expert (Ecom + Lead Gen) — Must Know CAPI & Server-Side Tracking

We're scaling fast and looking for a talented Meta Ads expert to join our remote team long-term. What You'll Do: 1. Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts (both lead gen and ecommerce) 2. Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking end-to-end: Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and server-side tracking (GTM server containers, Stape or similar) 3. Analyze performance, identify winners, and scale profitably 4. Develop and test offers, angles, and creative strategies with our team Report on results clearly and flag issues before they become problems Must-Have Requirements: 1. Proven experience running ecommerce ads on Meta with real results. 2. Expert-level knowledge of Ads Manager: campaign structure, budget optimization, audience strategy, Advantage+ and broad targeting Hands-on experience with CAPI and server-side tracking setup. This is non-negotiable, you should be able to diagnose event deduplication issues, EMQ scores, and dataset quality without hand-holding 3. Strong understanding of how to build and position offers that convert 4. Good understanding of the USA market, consumer behavior, and compliance (especially for regulated niches) 5. Fluent written English for internal communication and reporting Working Hours: 1. You must be available to work during USA Eastern Time (EST/EDT) business hours.
