Meta Ads Expert - Full-Time Head of Growth / Omnichannel Growth Hacker

We are a fast-scaling peptide brand looking for a full-time, long-term Head of Growth / Omnichannel Growth Hacker. You will completely own our marketing ecosystem, driving customer acquisition across paid media, organic channels, and community infrastructure. Because peptides are heavily restricted, you must have an elite, technical understanding of platform survival strategies, account isolation, and robust contingency planning. Standard "white-hat" marketers will not fit this role. Responsibilities: Paid Media Survival (Meta & TikTok): Build and maintain a resilient network of 10+ isolated ad accounts. Utilize anti-detect browsers, clean residential proxies, and compliance filtering/cloaking to separate review bots from genuine buyer traffic. Search Dominance (Google Ads): Build a bulletproof Google Ads architecture (Search, Shopping, YouTube) tailored for restricted niches, ensuring continuous uptime. Community & Audience Building: Design and scale our organic audience retention funnel via Substack (newsletters), Reddit, and an exclusive Discord community. Omnichannel Strategy: Own the complete growth roadmap. Test new traffic sources, manage asset pipelines (backup domains, pixels, warmed-up accounts), and scale ROI across all channels. Full-Time Dedication: Act as our in-house growth engine, treating this business as your primary, full-time focus. Requirements: Proven track record scaling brands in high-risk, regulated, or gray-hat niches (peptides, SARMs, supplements, crypto, etc.).Deep mastery of browser fingerprinting tools (AdsPower, Multilogin), proxy management, and safe-page/compliance routing. Experience building and engaging communities on Discord, Reddit, and Substack. Strong strategic mindset: You know how to build a funnel from cold traffic to highly retained community members.
