Meta Ads Expert Needed - Ads Publishing as White Screens, Billing Continues

I'm looking for a Meta Ads expert who can diagnose and fix a serious issue inside my Meta Ads account. Here's what's happening: * My original ads had poor tracking and reporting issues, so I paused them and started over. * I used EverAds to generate new ad creatives. * During setup, everything looked completely normal. * As soon as the ads were published, every creative turned into a white screen. * This is now the second time this has happened. * Meta continues charging my account while these issues are occurring. * Some previews are showing old content that is no longer being used. * I've also received API-related errors during publishing. * At one point Meta reported multiple publishing errors and failed ad publications.
