We're growing rapidly and looking for a Meta Ads expert who can hit the ground running, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and consistently deliver results regardless of industry or budget size. What you'll do Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple clients Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creatives (images/videos) Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and ad formats to optimise performance Monitor daily ad spend, ROAS, CPL, and CTR and adjust campaigns accordingly Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom events for accurate tracking Deliver clear, concise weekly performance reports Manage lead generation campaigns and integrate with CRM tools Requirements 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience Proven track record managing ad spend across multiple client accounts Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences Experience with lead generation campaigns (not just e-commerce) Comfortable working across multiple niches, industries, and client types Fluent in English written and spoken Bonus: Meta Blueprint certification, experience with CRM tools
