We're a UK-based digital marketing agency working with service businesses across trades, professional services, and healthcare. We run paid campaigns both for our own lead generation and across a portfolio of client accounts. We're looking for an experienced paid media manager to take ownership of campaign performance and treat our accounts like their own. What you'll be doing Building, launching, and managing Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen, instant forms, conversions) Managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Performance Max) for client accounts Writing and testing ad copy, and briefing/iterating on creative concepts Setting up and refining audience targeting, and improving lead quality (not just lead volume) Monitoring spend, CPL, CPA, and ROAS - and proactively flagging what needs to change Reporting on performance clearly, with insight rather than just numbers What we're looking for 5+ years hands-on managing Meta Ads, with a track record in lead generation specifically Solid working knowledge of Google Ads (Search + PMax) Experience managing multiple accounts at once (agency background is a plus) Strong grasp of conversion tracking, pixels, CAPI, and attribution A focus on lead quality and downstream pipeline, not vanity metrics Clear, proactive communicator — we don't want to chase you for updates Nice to have Experience with UK service-business clients Experience with instant form qualification and filtering low-intent leads To apply, please answer these and share a short 2 minute Loom video (applications without answers will be ignored): Share one lead-gen account you've managed — the cost-per-lead before and after your work, and what you changed.
