Meta Ads Expert for Growing Med Spa

Meta Ads Manager We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to take over and aggressively test and scale our Facebook and Instagram advertising through the end of July and if all goes well through the end of the year. We are a growing med spa offering high-demand aesthetic and wellness services, including treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. We’re looking for someone who understands local lead generation and appointment booking campaigns and can help us consistently attract qualified new clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable: Creating and testing large volumes of ad creatives using our existing photos, videos, testimonials, and branding Using AI tools to generate creative variations and improve testing efficiency Developing short-form video ads and UGC-style content concepts that drive appointments Launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Identifying winning audiences, offers, creatives, and campaign structures Monitoring lead quality and making data-driven optimizations Moving quickly and adapting campaigns based on performance metrics We are looking for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads for local service businesses and can demonstrate a strong track record with appointment-based marketing. This is initially a short-term performance test through the end of July. If you have proven experience running Meta Ads and have achieved strong ROAS or cost-per-lead results for med spas, cosmetic clinics, healthcare practices, or similar local businesses, we'd like to give you the opportunity to show us what you can do. We move quickly and are looking for someone who does the same. If the July test performs well, there is potential for an ongoing relationship.
