Meta Ads Operator for Luxury Extended-Stay Brand (B2C, B2B & Brand Funnels) We’re Cloud9, a tech-forward extended-stay operator. We turn premium units in Class-A Chicago towers into fully furnished “Alternative Luxury Rentals” for 30–90 day business stays. 60+ units live now, scaling to a multi-million-dollar run rate. We have strong creative and a sharp brand. We want a Meta ads operator who can own acquisition and turn our assets into a predictable system. The role You will architect and run three clean, separate Meta engines: B2C – Guest bookings Drive qualified booking inquiries and direct reservations from business travelers, relocations, and project-based stays. Local / geo targeting around our Chicago inventory. B2B – Property-owner leads Generate qualified leads from Class-A apartment owners/operators who want to partner with us. Considered-sale, higher-ticket B2B funnel. Brand / Awareness Build reach and authority for the Cloud9 brand and our CEO’s personal brand. Architect campaigns for efficient CPM and quality reach. What you’ll actually do Audit and/or set up Business Manager, Pixel/Conversions API, events, and audiences. Turn our video/static assets into testable ad concepts and tell us exactly what to shoot next. Build geo-targeting, retargeting, and lookalikes for each funnel (no audience overlap mess). Run a disciplined testing cadence and report on: B2C: cost per qualified booking inquiry B2B: cost per qualified partner lead Brand: CPM / reach and quality of audiences hit Call shots: what to scale, what to kill, and what to test next. Who this is for You’ve run lead-gen and considered-purchase campaigns, not just impulse ecom. You can show specific accounts and numbers from Meta in either travel, local services, real estate, or B2B lead gen. You’re comfortable being the operator: accountable for structure, targeting, and readouts. How to apply (CTA) In your proposal, answer these directly at the top: One Meta campaign you ran that’s closest to our B2C or B2B objectives. Include: niche, country, monthly spend, CPL/CPA, and funnel structure. The first thing you’d check or set up inside our Meta stack in week 1. Your typical reporting cadence and the 3 “north star” metrics you optimize for on lead-gen accounts. We’re open on structure (hourly or retainer) and pay market rates for proven operators. Long-term if we work well together.
