### Position Overview We are looking for a data-driven and strategically minded **Meta Expert** to own, scale, and optimize our paid social advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing substantial ad spends across Facebook and Instagram, translating business growth goals into high-converting paid campaigns. The ideal candidate blends creative strategy with analytical rigor—knowing exactly how to hook an audience visually while using advanced data modeling, pixel management, and tracking algorithms to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). --- ### Key Responsibilities * **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** End-to-end management of Meta ad campaigns, including structure setup, budget allocation (CBO/ABO), audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing. * **Technical Infrastructure & Tracking:** Own the setup and health of the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Conversions Lift tests, and Advanced Matching to ensure accurate attribution in a post-iOS14+ environment. * **Creative Strategy & Direction:** Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief, conceptualize, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives (Reels, Statics, Carousels). Run systematic creative testing frameworks. * **Data Analysis & Optimization:** Monitor daily performance metrics (MER, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR). Translate raw data into actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders. * **AI & Automation Integration:** Leverage **Meta Advantage+** suites (Advantage+ shopping, creative, and audience) alongside external AI tools to streamline campaign scaling and creative variation. * **Catalog & Commerce Management:** Maintain and optimize Meta Commerce Manager, product catalogs, and shop feeds for seamless e-commerce dynamic product ads (DPAs). --- ### Qualifications & Skills * **Experience:** 3+ years of dedicated experience managing Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of scaling monthly spends of `[$X,000 - $XX,000+]` profitably. * **Niche Expertise:** Strong background in `[E-commerce / Lead Generation / B2B / SaaS]` frameworks. * **Technical Proficiency:** Deep understanding of GA4 (Google Analytics), Google Tag Manager (GTM), first-party data strategies, and third-party attribution tools `[e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros]`. * **Analytical Mindset:** Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to look past vanity metrics to measure true bottom-line business impact. * **Certifications:** Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Media Planning Professional, or Media Buying Professional is a major plus. --- **To Apply:** Please submit your resume along with a brief case study or overview of a Meta campaign you scaled, including the specific challenges you overcame and the data-backed results.
