Meta Ads Help

I run a digital marketing agency serving local service businesses (landscaping, lawn care, home services). I need a Meta Ads expert to set up several ad campaigns for our clients, including a retargeting campaign. You'll be expected to use AI tools as part of your workflow (ad copy, audience research, optimization, etc.) — this is a must, not a nice-to-have. What I need: Set up multiple Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) for local service business clients Build a full retargeting/remarketing campaign — website visitors, video viewers, page engagers, lead form abandoners Set up Meta Pixel and/or Conversions API tracking, custom conversions, and lookalike audiences Structure campaigns properly (campaign → ad sets → ads) with smart budgeting and bidding Write/generate multiple ad creative variations for A/B testing (using AI tools) Set up basic reporting so I can track CPL, CTR, and ROAS You should have: Proven Meta Ads experience — please link examples or case studies in your proposal Hands-on experience building retargeting campaigns (not just cold audience campaigns) Experience with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your ad workflow Bonus: experience with local service businesses (landscaping, lawn care, home services, contractors)
