Meta Ads Manager (Execution Only) – Long-Term Partnership | Fixed Price Per Ad Launch

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to support our business financing company on an ongoing basis. This is not a one-time project. We are seeking a long-term execution partner who can assist with launching and managing Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising campaigns as new opportunities arise. This is strictly an execution-focused role. Strategy, compliance, creative direction, landing pages, offers, targeting direction, and all major business decisions are handled internally. You will work within our existing ad accounts using our pixels, tracking systems, and data. All accounts, assets, and data remain our property at all times. This position is best suited for someone who excels at building, launching, and maintaining campaigns based on provided instructions. If you are looking for a role where you own the strategy end-to-end, this will not be a fit. Scope of Work When a new advertising campaign is requested, the freelancer may be asked to: • Build Meta ad campaigns inside our existing ad account • Verify pixel and conversion tracking • Upload ad creatives and ad copy provided by us • Configure targeting according to our instructions • Verify campaign settings before launch • Verify all links are functioning properly • Test campaigns on desktop and mobile devices • Launch campaigns after approval • Monitor campaign performance and report any issues • Make approved adjustments when requested Compensation Structure This is intended to be an ongoing working relationship. New campaigns may be requested over time as business needs evolve. However, compensation will be based on a fixed-price model as follows: New Ad Setup & Launch: $50 Includes: • One campaign • One ad set • One ad creative • Campaign setup • Pixel verification • Tracking verification • QA review • Campaign launch Duplicate Existing Ad to a New State: $30 Includes: • Duplicating an existing approved campaign • Updating state targeting • Pixel verification • Tracking verification • QA review • Desktop and mobile testing • Campaign launch • Basic status report Examples Texas Campaign (new setup) = $50 Duplicate Texas campaign to Florida = $30 Duplicate Texas campaign to California = $30 Duplicate Texas campaign to Colorado = $30 Any completely new campaign requiring a separate setup and launch will be billed as a new ad launch. Future campaigns will be assigned individually and compensated according to the pricing structure above.
