Meta Ads Manager Expert Needed to Fix Grayed-Out “Create” Button / Ad Account Issue

Hello! I’m looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager / Meta Business Manager specialist to troubleshoot and resolve an issue with my advertising account. For approximately two weeks, I have been unable to create new ads because the “Create” button inside Meta Ads Manager is grayed out/disabled. I still have access to my account and can see my existing campaigns, but I cannot create a new campaign. I have already contacted Meta Support, and they are currently researching the issue, but I need someone experienced who can independently review the account setup and determine what is causing the problem. The specialist should be comfortable troubleshooting areas such as: Meta Business Portfolio / Business Manager permissions Ad account access and admin roles Account restrictions or advertising limitations Billing or payment-related restrictions Business verification or security requirements Page / Instagram / asset permissions Ads Manager configuration or other account-level issues Important: I am specifically hiring someone to resolve the issue, not simply review the account or recommend that I contact Meta Support.
