Summary

We've been running Facebook ads profitably for 11 months with a consistent 2+ ROAS, so this is a proven brand with validated product-market fit and the role is to scale what's already working. Current spend is around 5k a month (since we are low on creative output, usually it is aroud 15k) but we're ready to push beyond as long as it stays profitable. We need someone managing almost everything: monitoring performance, stopping what's not working, scaling what is, managing budgets and testing structure. On the creative side, you bring the ideas, angles, and hooks we handle the actual edits and production based on your direction. Strong creative instinct matters, we want someone who can look at the brand and the audience and come up with concepts that actually convert, not just optimize what's in front of them. We're looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer juggling ten accounts. Alignment with Christian values is important since it's core to the brand and the audience we serve.
