Meta Ads Manager

We're seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager who can strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You should have a strong track record in generating qualified leads, managing ad budgets, and consistently improving campaign performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), and LinkedIn. - Conduct A/B testing of creatives and copy to improve CTR and conversion rates. - Optimize campaigns for lead quality and cost-per-lead (CPL). - Collaborate with our team on funnel strategy, landing pages, and tracking. - Provide detailed weekly performance reports with key insights and next steps. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing paid ads for lead generation. - Proven results in reducing CPL and increasing lead volume/quality. - Expert in Meta Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Skilled with tracking tools like Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio).
