We are a marketing agency for contractor-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). We need a highly knowledgeable Meta Ads Specialist for an ongoing retainer role to build, manage, and scale local lead-generation campaigns. You will handle the data, strategy, and targeting. You will collaborate directly with our dedicated Creative Specialist who handles asset production. What You Will Do: - Build, launch, and manage local lead-generation campaigns on Meta for multiple contractor clients. - Optimize campaigns for high-quality leads (phone calls, form fills, and lead forms), not just cheap clicks. - Develop and execute rigorous A/B testing structures for local audiences, offers, and copy hooks. - Analyze performance data daily to scale winning budgets and cut underperforming assets. - Provide clear, data-backed creative briefs to our design team to tell them exactly what visuals to make next. What We Are Looking For: - Proven track record managing Meta ads specifically for local lead generation or home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.). - Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, local targeting parameters, and lead form optimization. - Deep understanding of tracking setups (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) for local service sites. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly direct a creative team based on account data.
