Meta Ads Media Buyer — Info/Course Creator Launches (Challenge Funnels)

We're a full-service launch agency partnering with course creators and coaches on 5-day challenge launches (webinar/Perfect Webinar-style funnels). We handle strategy, creative direction, funnel build, email/SMS, and sales — we need an experienced media buyer to own execution across a growing portfolio of active launches, managing upwards of $750,000/month in ad spend. This is a senior role. You need real experience in the info/course creator space — challenge launches, webinar funnels, low-ticket front-end → high-ticket backend structures — at meaningful scale. If you haven't managed six-figure monthly budgets before, this isn't the role. What you'll own: - Daily/weekly management of Meta ad accounts across multiple concurrent client launches - Budget allocation and scaling decisions at $750k+/month — knowing when to push, when to hold, when to kill - Campaign structure and testing frameworks (CBO/ABO, audience testing, creative testing at scale) - Pacing spend against fixed launch dates — these are date-locked challenge launches, not evergreen campaigns, so timing and velocity matter as much as efficiency - Creative rotation/testing based on performance data (I provide creative direction and assets — you decide what runs, scales, or gets cut) - Performance reporting with clear, proactive recommendations across accounts Tracking/attribution/pixel integrity across accounts at this volume What I own: Overall ad strategy, offer positioning, creative direction and asset production Funnel, email/SMS, and tech stack (GoHighLevel/ActiveCampaign) Requirements: - 3+ years running Meta ads for info products, coaches, or course creators specifically - Demonstrated experience managing $200k+/month in spend for at least one client or portfolio (references or account access verification may be requested) - Deep familiarity with challenge/webinar funnel economics — CPL/CPR benchmarks at scale, launch-week pacing vs. evergreen - Comfortable working within a percentage-of-spend or hybrid comp structure tied to performance - Strong communicator — you'll need to flag issues and opportunities without being asked - Available for real-time overlap during EST launch weeks Comment "MELON" at the top of your cover letter to be considered
