About Us Naomi Pratt Design is a full-service interior design and build studio in Greenville, South Carolina, with an engaged Instagram audience (~9.5K followers) and a growing Facebook presence. We sell two digital guides on Shopify: How to Design a Timeless Home on Any Budget — $32 New Build Design Roadmap (for homeowners building new) — $89.99 The Role We're hiring a Meta ads media buyer with one clear mandate: generate profitable sales of our guides. Not impressions, not clicks — purchases at a sustainable cost per sale. You'll set up, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns end to end. We'll supply creative raw material (Reels, project photography, brand copy) and handle the Shopify side; you own the ad account performance. Starting ad spend: modest ($300–750/month) with room to scale as soon as the numbers work. Responsibilities Audit and set up the account correctly: Meta Pixel + Conversions API on Shopify, purchase events verified, ad account structure Build the funnel: warm-audience campaigns (IG/FB engagers, email list), cold prospecting, and always-on retargeting for store visitors and cart abandoners Write/adapt ad copy and brief us on the creative you need (we produce videos and photos in-house) Test systematically: audiences, hooks, and creative — with clear kill/scale rules Manage budget daily; cut losers fast, scale winners Report weekly with the numbers that matter: spend, sales, cost per purchase, ROAS, and what you're changing next week Advise on landing page/product page fixes that are hurting conversion (we'll implement) Requirements Proven track record selling low-ticket digital products or e-commerce with Meta ads — show us real results (screenshots of ad accounts with spend + ROAS, client references, or case studies) Deep familiarity with current Meta tools: Advantage+ campaigns, CAPI, post-iOS attribution realities Experience with Shopify conversion tracking Direct, numbers-first communicator — you tell us plainly when something isn't working and what you'll do about it Comfortable starting with a small budget and earning scale through performance Nice to Have Experience in home, design, DIY, or real estate niches Copywriting chops for direct-response ads Email/SMS follow-up experience (Shopify email, Klaviyo) to convert non-buyers Engagement & Compensation 30-day paid trial with defined success criteria (agreed cost-per-purchase target), then month-to-month Open to flat monthly management fee or fee + performance bonus — propose your structure To Apply Please include: One example of a digital product or e-comm offer you scaled with Meta ads — spend, results, and your role Your first-2-weeks plan for an account like ours (a few bullet points is fine) Your management fee structure and minimum recommended ad spend Confirmation you can share proof of results on a call Applications without a specific past result (question 1) will not be considered.
