We're looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to help scale our marketing agency by generating qualified appointments with plumbing company owners. We are a Google Ads agency that helps plumbing businesses generate exclusive, high-quality leads. We're looking for someone who has already produced results for agencies selling marketing services—not someone who is learning on the job. If you've successfully generated booked calls for agencies, SMMA businesses, lead generation companies, SaaS, or B2B service businesses, we'd love to talk. If your experience is primarily ecommerce or local business lead generation, this position is likely not the right fit. About Us We help plumbing companies generate consistent, exclusive homeowner leads through Google Ads. Our ideal client is a plumbing business doing six or seven figures annually that wants to grow with a predictable lead generation system. Your role is to help us consistently acquire qualified plumbing business owners booking sales calls. Your Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns Develop creative testing strategies Create campaign structures that generate booked appointments Analyze performance and optimize based on data Test new offers, hooks, and messaging Work with our team on landing pages and funnels Recommend new creative concepts and marketing angles Continuously improve CPL, cost per booked call, and overall lead quality Bonus experience: Agency lead generation High-ticket appointment funnels GoHighLevel Meta Conversion API CRM integrations VSL funnels Webinar funnels Offer positioning Copywriting REQUIRED EXPERIENCE You MUST have experience generating leads for one or more of the following: Marketing agencies Google Ads agencies Facebook Ads agencies SEO agencies Lead generation agencies Business consulting B2B service businesses High-ticket service offers Please do NOT apply if your experience is limited to: Ecommerce brands Amazon stores Shopify brands Local businesses only Dropshipping REQUIRED WITH YOUR APPLICATION Applications without the information below will not be considered. 1.
