Meta Ads Operations Specialist (Executing Role)

We are a premium brand selling high end laser devices to both consumers and businesses worldwide. We're looking for an operations focused Meta Ads specialist. This is not a strategic consultancy role. We already have in house direction, campaigns and testing plans. We need someone who is exceptional at execution, organisation and attention to detail. Your role: Build and launch campaigns following our naming conventions. Upload and organise creative assets in the correct formats and sizes. Monitor campaigns daily and ensure everything is running correctly. Suggest budget adjustments, audience changes and market opportunities based on performance data. Execute campaigns accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision. Stay current with the latest Meta Ads features, updates and testing opportunities. What we're looking for: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Deep understanding of campaign objectives, campaign structures and account architecture. Confident creating and managing conversion campaigns, lead generation campaigns, email collection campaigns, retargeting campaigns and awareness campaigns. Strong understanding of audiences, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, exclusions, attribution, tracking and campaign optimisation. Comfortable building campaigns from scratch using the most appropriate objectives, settings and structures for the task. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities from campaign data, not just report on it. Strong understanding of Google Analytics is a bonus. Fast communicator who follows instructions well. Conversational or fluent English. We will test. Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp or GitHub. Bonus if you can make simple creative adaptations when required, although this is not essential. You will work alongside our Marketing Manager and senior leadership team. Important: $10 to $20 per hour. Long term opportunity for the right person. We hire slowly and hire for the long term. We will begin with several small paid tasks to assess attention to detail, execution quality and communication. Requirements Minimum $1,000 earned on Upwork. 90%+ Job Success Score. How many years have you actively managed Meta Ads? 7. Share one case study only, maximum 10 lines. Include the business or sector, what you were responsible for, and the measurable results. 8. How would you rate your ability to research competitors, identify new creative angles and generate new campaign concepts? The design etc we will conduct in house but happy for you to do if you are capable so mention. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your application being rejected.
